Refund & Ownership Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of photography and videography services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a session has been completed—whether photo, video, or drone—no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal preference, dissatisfaction with style, weather conditions, property condition, or changes in listing status.

By booking with us, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed our style of work and understand what to expect in terms of editing, composition, and overall artistic approach.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.

  • Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated whenever possible, but weather does not qualify for a refund.

3. Ownership of All Media

All photos, videos, drone footage, and any other digital media created by GAME (Golden Altitude Media & Entertainment) remain the sole intellectual property of GAME until full payment is received.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images and videos only after full payment has been made. This license covers real estate marketing purposes such as MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, brochures, and other standard listing uses.

Clients may NOT:

  • Alter, resell, redistribute, or transfer the media to any third party

  • Use the media for commercial purposes beyond property marketing

  • Allow builders, contractors, designers, or other businesses to use the media without purchasing a separate license

  • Use any photographs or video prior to payment

Unauthorized use of media will result in an invoice for full licensing fees, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

5. Right to Withhold Delivery

GAME reserves the right to withhold delivery of all edited images and videos until payment is made in full. No previews, raw files, or unedited material will be released under any circumstances.

6. Artistic Release

By hiring GAME, the client acknowledges and agrees to the photographer’s/videographer’s artistic judgment regarding composition, lighting, editing style, and overall creative process. These decisions are final and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Liability Limitations

In the rare event of equipment failure, file corruption, or unforeseeable circumstances preventing delivery, GAME’s liability is strictly limited to a reshoot or refund at the company’s discretion. Under no circumstances will damages exceed the amount paid for the service.
